Since 1998, J.L. Warner has built a legacy of success in the mobile / manufactured home industry. We work throughout the Washtenaw County area on various home repair and construction projects including; Home Repairs, Remodels, Painting, HVAC, Lawn Care / Landscaping, Snow Removal, Dump Truck & Tractor / Backhoe Service, Landscape Supply Delivery, Nuisance Animal Trapping & Removal, and Community Maintenance Services. We are a general contractor who self performs electrical and mechanical trades on mobile / manufactured, residential and commercial projects. We handle both small and large projects consistently.
