How to check if you have a water leak in your home, the two handles on either side of the meter are shut off valves if you ever need to turn the water off to your home. This was great because the outside hose faucet was right next to the meter making it easy to show the homeowner how this works.
Where do I find that meter? Is it under the house?
Yes usually on the (if you are standing in front of your house facing your house) right hand back corner and most often near the skirting with the handle or the access panel.
